Tinkerer can now make any weapon in the item pool instead of specific tinkerer weapons when crafting, the rarity of the crafted weapon scales with tech
This mod basically just replaces tinkerer's potential weapon pools with stuff from the normal item pool, for tech 0 I just put every common weapon in there, uncommon in tech 1, so on and so forth.
I might have made the inconsistent collar even more inconsistent
