"Cleaner Sam Charge VFX" is now obsolete. MUCH cleaner VFX and many other changes are included in this mod:

Main feature, at least for me, is the cleaner charging VFX. They now use Sam's blade mode charge VFX.
Since you use those original effects to time attacks, I just made all charges perfect. See Videos tab or watch here
If you think someone's using the "Perfect Charge Standalone" to cheat speedruns or something, check how often you can hear that heavy "end charging" sound. It plays very rarely with this mod, but I really doubt even the best speedrunners will have such consistently perfect charge attacks
