Playable Sam Lock-On Camera Fix

By default, Player Sam's camera doesn't recognize all of Raiden's enemies, which sometimes makes lock-on behave strangely. It's very apparent in mods like Sam vs. Sam, or Sam vs. Monsoon. This mod adds those enemy entries to Sam's camera configuration, so lock-on behaves correctly with enemies that Player Sam would normally never encounter.
