Braixen

A monument to my 2024 Pokémon hyperfixation.

This mod aims to convincingly replace Raiden with a braixen — the fiery, branch-wielding fox pokémon.

See media tabs.

The mod probably requires a file limit disabler to work. If it prevents your game from launching, try one of these:

BUGS:

• []QTEs behave very strangely. This is because many animations scale with the player, and because this mod changes the player scale, it totally breaks the appearance of things. But you can definitely complete all QTEs and the whole game with this mod, I tested.[/]

The visual effects use Universal Character Mod Effects as a base. Only the fire effects are unique to the braixen mod.

  Contributors:

  • []Cher hooked up the braixen model to Raiden's bones for me, and he replaced the "Raiden" HUD text with "Braixen". Thanks for getting the project started, Cher :D[/]

[]Space Core put together the ASI script for character scale. This was the last hurdle for the project, and the greatest hurdle for someone like me. Thanks for finishing the project, Space ::::D[/]

[]Everything else was done by me, although Snith Nord is the legend who taught me how to do the model physics[/]
