Vixen Endless

Stay put. Pick another fight.

Vixen Endless lets you refresh ordinary contracts in your current system. Open the contract board and press Ctrl+F7 for another selection. Stay where you are and reroll until you find a mission you want to play.

Choose how many offers to generate, which mission types to allow, and who you work for or fight against. Leave either faction choice on Game default for the game's usual selection. Difficulty, rewards, DLC checks, and mission eligibility still come from the game.

    []Allowed mission types: individual toggles drawn from the game's loaded mission list, including types registered by installed mission mods. Variants such as Demolition and Scorched Earth have separate choices. Fresh installs start with all listed types enabled.[/]

    []Include multi-mission operations: enabled by default. Every mission inside a new operation must match your allowed types. Turn this off to request single-mission offers only.[/]

    []Employer faction / Opponent faction: choose from the game's registered primary factions, including mod factions. Each side defaults to Game default. Explicit choices override normal regional and era faction selection for newly refreshed offers, including each mission in a new operation. Existing contracts stay unchanged. Choosing the same faction for both sides is refused. If your installed faction list changes, both choices reset to Game default.[/]

    These controls appear in Mod Options under Vixen Endless. Apply your settings before refreshing. The list can change when you add or remove mission mods; saved choices use each type's identity rather than its position in the menu.

    How to use it

    1. Load your save as the host and open the contract board in a system that supports ordinary contract generation.

    2. Finish or abandon any accepted or readied mission before refreshing.

    3. Set your preferences in Mod Options and apply them.

    4. Return to the contract board and press Ctrl+F7. A brief message confirms the start; another gives the result when the refresh finishes. Let it finish before pressing again.

    Refresh replaces ordinary, unstarted offers in your current system. Special contracts, started operations, and offers in other systems are preserved. Turning operations off does not remove an operation you have already started.

    At least one mission type must be enabled. If the game cannot provide the requested number of allowed offers, the normal unsuccessful refresh removes its new candidates and retains the original board. A restrictive selection may therefore produce no change.

    High counts can cause noticeable hitches. Two 50-offer refreshes took about 47 and 57 seconds on the test setup. Allow about a minute at that count, and keep the default 6 or another low count for better responsiveness. Timing varies with your setup and mission selection.

      []Mod Options plus Endless's native settings registration are required for the in-game controls. The Lua runtime uses defaults for settings that have not been saved.[/]

      []DLC or mission mods required by a particular mission must still be installed. Enabling its toggle does not make an otherwise unavailable mission eligible.[/]

      Installation

      Endless has two parts in two different folders. Fully quit MW5 before installing.

      1. Install UE4SS for MW5 and Mod Options using their own instructions.

      2. Place every Endless Lua file from scripts in MW5Mercs\Binaries\Win64\Mods\VixenEndless\scripts\, and enable the VixenEndless Lua mod in UE4SS.
