Unlocks Black Inferno, Comstar, Independent, Outlaws, Periphery and Taurian Concordat color schemes based on existing skins. Also unlocks the Hero skins for all variants of the same model, and the Cavalier and IE skins for all mechs.
Not needed with Yet Another Mechlab anymore - YAML has this integrated now.
