Burst fire now shoots bursts of ammo for real

Balancing is done based on base stats from the editor because by T5 and T6(Clan gear), weapons get massive buffs in game

Damage increase 30%, Cooldown decrease 25%

I tried to keep the interval as close to vanilla as possible since longer interval means you have to face enemy longer

In general after Tier 6 buffs the dps gap widens, but because of significantly longer cooldown,

I feel it makes you think about your window of opportunity more
