Remake of Better Cantina!

Hi, sorry for no update. Just got back into game with latest DLC

Had to remake this from scratch since I lost the original files.

Changelog is as below.

Change List

Armor: 2. 5%/5% -> 5%/10%

Heat Capacity: 10%/Cost 1 for both levels

Heat Dissipation: 5% change to 20%

Heat Generation: 5% change to 15%

Range and Velocity:

1)Ballistic: Split into Range/Velocity. Cost 1 for both

1 for Range: 20%

1 for Velocity: 15%

2) Energy: Split into Range/Velocity. Cost 1 for both

1 for Range: 20%

1 for Velocity: 15%

3) Missile: Split into Range/Velocity. Cost to 1 for both

1 for Range: 20%

1 for Velocity: 15%

Ballistic/Energy/Missile Damage: 5%/10% into 10%/15%

Weapon Damage: 5% into 7. 5%

1) Cooldown Lvl 1: 5% to 10%.

2) Cooldown Lvl 2: Changed to "Optimized Ammo" reduce Ballistic spread by 10%

There is slight text error where it says cooldown but actually it reduces spread as

shown in screenshot

1) Cooldown Lvl 1: 5% change to 10%

2) Cooldown Lvl 2: 10% change to 15%

3) Laser Duration: 7. 5% change to 15%

1) Cooldown Lvl 1: 5% change to 10%

2) Cooldown Lvl 2: 10% change to 15%

General Cooldown: unchanged at 7. 5%

Weapon Heat:

1) Ballistic Heat: Unchannged

2) Energy Heat: -2. 5%/-5% into -10%/-15%

3) Missile Heat: -2. 5%/-5% into -10%/-15%

4) General Heat: -2. 5% into -5%

Missile Spread: -7. 5% into -15%

Acceleration:

1)XY axis: 15% into 25%

2)Z axis: 15% into 20%

Burn Time: 15% -> 20%

Fuel Regen: 20% -> 25%

1) Top Speed: Unchanged

2) Torso Twist: 20% into 40%

3) Turn speed: 7. 5%/15% into 10%/20%
