NEW: added Mod Options toggle for XL Side Torso destruction spaghetti (IS XL 'Mechs will die with any side torso destroyed, Clan XL dies with both side torsos destroyed)
NEW: added Mod Option to enforce all mech cooling to legal values
NEW: fix shown Engine Rating by correctly calculating it from top speed (Gladiator-B)
NEW: fix max head armor on ALL mechs to 30
NEW: fix DHS base cooling and heat capacity for ALL mechs
NEW: MechAttributeViewer2 (Mechlab, Mech Management, Mech Tooltip)
