Lore accurate mech spawns

All mech spawn chances were changed to reflect faction mech rarities in lore.

PGI's accuracy with the unit cards was not bad, some mechs were way too likely or unlikely to spawn, but others were so on point that they obviously used a TT rarity table for them.

The changes might not be significant enough for those that aren't well-versed in the lore, but they do offer a more authentic experience overall.

Bare in mind that some mechs might be less likely to spawn now, making them more difficult to find for your collection.

Some notes:

Mercenaries have a chance to spawn mechs that are common in one faction, but are otherwise exclusive to it. You might see a Dragon fighting alongside a Zeus and a Vindicator.

Mercenaries, the Periphery, outlaws, and independant companies will usually use widely-available mechs, outlaws using almost no rare mechs.

Comstar uses a lot of SLDF-era equipment, including some Lostech-equipped variants previously thought extinct, including the rare SLDF Royals variants.

The Federated Commonwealth will use mechs from both the Federated Suns and the Lyran Commonwealth.

Future ideas:

I might make alternate versions that offer revised rarities, such as:

1)One that incorporates salvage/isorla of neighboring factions

2)One that makes all variants have a very rare chance to spawn for all factions rather than unavailable

3)One that inflates the chance to spawn for faction-specific rarities, to make factions more distinct

Compatibility:

This mod will be compatible with anything that doesn't modify unit cards.

Although compatible with navida1's excellent MW5 Mercs Reloaded, you will see his custom loadouts appear often.
