Better Speed Perk - DLC4

Allows the player to upgrade the mech with an additional upgrade that makes the mech go faster.

Why did I make this:

I felt that there should be at least one more upgrade that allows mechs to go a bit faster.

The Details:

Allows the player to upgrade the mech with an additional upgrade that Top Speed upgrade.

This modifies the "Responsive movement II" perk, see the pictures for details.

There are two options to choose from: (Pick one only)

Type A - Cost of 4 slots for the upgrade, 25% top speed increase.

Type B - Cost of 3 slots for the upgrade, 10% top speed increase.

Type C - Cost of 2 slots for the upgrade, 10% top speed increase.

Type D - Cost of 2 slots for the upgrade, 25% top speed increase.

Yes, this can work with the "Top Speed" which adds 15% top speed by default, this is why I decided to provide to options since this allows the player to decide how he wants to balance the game.

Why did I make two types?

Type A allows you to spend 4 slots and increase the speed by 25%. On top of this you can also add in the "Top Speed" upgrade which gives you in total an OP 40% speed. Overall, this brings you 5 slots spent on speed and movement. or you can use it without the Top Speed upgrade and then you still get to 25%.

Type B allows you to spend 3 slots and increase the speed by 10%. On top of this you can also add in the "Top Speed" upgrade which gives

you an 25% speed. Which felt more balanced to me.

I made Types C and D because a nice dude asked me too. lol
