What does it do?
This mod extends the range of the Machinegun. Compatible with DLC4.
Why did I make this?
Other mods doing the same thing change other stuff, and I like my game pretty Vanilla and this is the only change I wanted made.
I also made this since previous mods that did this are obsolete with the latest version of the game, and this mod DOES work with the latest version of the game, for sure.
The details:
Extends all machine gun tiers by 200 meters, making the weapon more viable.
At tier 0 it will hit around 280 meters
At tier 5 it almost hits ~600 meters.
My silly explanation:
If typical guns from 1990 can reach more than 1200 meters, in year ~3000,huge mech mounted machineguns probably can reach a bit over 300 meter :D
