Changes:
Removes all references to the death of Ashley or Kaidan in all of ME2. Adds a new temporary squadmate to Horizon so both survivors have content during the game (hope to expand this later on). The survivor with the closer relationship will be the one to appear in cutscenes while the other will be the squadmate.
