📋 About This Mod
Unique Kahlee Sanders mod offers a new original and different head/face shape to the character of Kahlee Sanders, as well as a new hairstyle for her. Although her appearance in Mass Effect 3 is brief, she is a recurring main character in the original Mass Effect novels and I felt that her design by Bioware was sort of lazy, in the sense that she is done with generic assets, and thus, becoming visually forgettable.
While maintaining the colors chosen by Bioware, as those were established by Drew Karpyshyn in the novels, I took the liberty of giving her an unique and updated head mesh based on a scrapped design for an iconic Femshep on the original Mass Effect game. Thus, all assets included here are Bioware's and mine. Edit of the hairstyle belongs to ELE08.
Originally a mod I made for personal use on the Original Trilogy version of the game and featured on my Machinima of the Grissom Academy events; I decided to recreate it for the Legendary Edition, while further improving it and to share with others who might want to use this version on their games as well.
Made for and requires the LE3 Community Patch AND its framework.
Installation
This mod REQUIRES to be installed with the latest ME3Tweaks Mod Manager version by Mgamerz. 9. 2+ is REQUIRED. Make sure you let it update to the latest build after installation, in order to make sure the mod can be correctly installed. It is recommended to install over a vanilla NON textured game.
The mod is in DLC form, so its installation is as simple as drag and drop the . 7z file into the Mod Manager and let it work its magic.
Un-Installation
Use the Mod Manager to remove the mod. Savegames aren't dependent of it, so it can be mostly safely removed and/or added at any point during your game. Of course, Kahlee Sanders face will revert to vanilla.
Compatibility
Unique Kahlee Sanders is compatible with any mod that DOES NOT edit Kahlee Sanders, which is built for the LE3 Community Patch & Framework. Both are required, thus making her compatible with any other mod out there which is logically not also altering her.
UPDATE 2/22/25: Mod is now compatible with the wonderful and popular Project Variety (LE3)! You can now set up within the PV option settings to use that mod's outfit for Kahlee (face and hairstyle will remain as in Unique Kahlee Sanders).
