Some people suggested I post this so here it is and I hope you enjoy it.
Install with MassEffectModder and you're good to go.
Just a heads up though, this mod replaces most of the renegade eyes/scars with new textures that might look cool on your renegade FemShep. Wanna change the eye color? You can do that with the save editor tool which I highly recommend.
BroShep scars now available. For some reason The FemShep file replaces BroSheps eyes too (looking into that) but it kinda wonks them out a little. For now just Add this line into Vector Parameters on the save editor, Emis_Color, and just keep it black.
Disclaimer: Only replaces last two renegade scars so you have to basically be full renegade to see the purple
