Liara's doctorate is an absolute disaster. The old-fashioned font, the ye olde 'hath', the Latin, the distinctly human names and signatures, and the insignia that for some reason is for a different university were barely passable in the original ME2, but with the higher-res textures and photo mode it's extremely obvious it's out of place. So I fixed it. The asari names come from here.
