Liara's Alternate LE3 Armor for LotSB (LE2)

While ongoing work on my big overhaul of Mass Effect 2 keeps going, as well as porting of Project Variety for ME2 for the Legendary Edition, as promised, I have decided to continue giving patient fans of my mods some standalone features/changes that can currently work on their own before a big package is released. Moreover, this will allow me to gather feedback on which parts would interest people more in being customized over different ones.

With this mod I am now releasing something that I finally did while working on a massive patch update for Lair of the Shadow Broker, which beccatoria went massively masochist on restoring a big amount of missing content (we will be releasing it on due time as the bigger this version of the patch gets, the more testing is required to ensure we offer a good experience to players).

As I originally had planned for OT2 PV, but didn't end up doing due to the original textures being of really bad quality, and not being able to acquire permission usage of different retextures from other authors; I am finally sharing with you my original vision for Liara during this DLC. As much as I love her lab coat, I find it a bit of casual looking, so, if you, like me, think she deserves an armor, here's her Alternate Appearance Pack armor from Mass Effect 3 ported for her Lair of the Shadow Broker appearance during the combat stages of both Illium and the Shadow Broker Base assault. She will remain unchanged with her lab coat while she remains on the Shadow Broker ship after the end of the DLC. If you are using any mods to change her appearance on the base, such as Casual Hubs for LE2, you will be glad to learn this mod will not affect that in any way. Additionally, as I already did on the original OT release, I bring back her asari breather model, which replaces the Cerberus reskinned one which Bioware originally gave to her.

This mod offers a faithful recreation of her armor material as experienced on 3. Extensive research and editing of her textures were made for her metalness, specularity and reflectiveness to be the exact same as in the latter game. This is not just a simple model and texture swap. Options are included within the mod to give Liara her face from every game if you are using my consistency mod as well. As in the other mod, if you are using your own preferred Liara retexture, you will be happy to know that the default version will accept any retextures meant for vanilla files.

Installation

This mod REQUIRES to be installed with the latest ME3Tweaks Mod Manager version by Mgamerz. 9. 1+ is REQUIRED. Make sure you let it update to the latest build after installation, in order to make sure the mod can be correctly installed. It is recommended to install over a vanilla NON textured game.
