Liara Consistency Mod (ME1LE)

Dr. Liara T'Soni is without a doubt the character that most redesigns has received throughout the trilogy. Skintone, eye color... But worst of all, she shapeshifts within the same game... Mass Effect 2. With the Legendary Edition I had hoped Bioware would have addressed a consistent look for her across the trilogy, but they decided to retain the original look of each game and DLC.

As I already did for Mass Effect 2 in Liara Consistency Mod (ME2LE), after several requests I have decided to offer the true consistent mod in which you can choose her official looks from Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC and Mass Effect 3, to enjoy through the entirety of the first game of the trilogy. Unlike my previous mod, this one addresses her facial features, as well as body ones for her romance scenes, with corrected skintones and updated body model and textures for her Mass Effect 3 appearance. No further changes are introduced to her. This mod is not a simple texture swap like others on Nexus, but a faithful recreation of her face, eyes, and body materials from the latter games in Mass Effect, making her truly be seen as on those entries. It is not required, but for either option I recommend using Asari face shine tweak for MELE1 by Jenya66 if you are planning on installing textures to your game.

Installation

This mod REQUIRES to be installed with the latest ME3Tweaks Mod Manager version by Mgamerz. 9. 1+ is REQUIRED. Make sure you let it update to the latest build after installation, in order to make sure the mod can be correctly installed. It is recommended to install over a vanilla NON textured game.

The mod is in DLC form, so its installation is as simple as drag and drop the . 7z file into the Mod Manager and let it work its magic. Upon installation you will be prompted with 3 choices based on your preferred Liara face.

With version 2. 0, the LE1 Community Patch is required, for its new framework removes the need for patches with every single other squadmate and mod unrelated to Liara herself.

Un-Installation

Use the Mod Manager to remove the mod. Savegames aren't dependent of it, so it can be mostly safely removed and/or added at any point during your game. Of course, Liara will revert back to her original look.
