Install using Mass Effect Modder.
Currently only for ME1. I am working on versions for ME2 & 3. Now available for the entire trilogy, including Renegade eyes.
To revert back to default textures, simply download and install the uninstall mod file under optional files. (ME2 and ME3 uninstall files coming soon.)
Textures edited/made in Substance Player (Using Ultimate Eye Generator 2) and Photoshop.
