📋 About This Mod
This is a port of my mod for ME2. It removes most of the large lens flares throughout the game, as well as the "dusty lens" effect. I left the more subtle halos and flares that are actually perceived by the human eye, but the larger and more distracting ones are gone. If I notice more flares as I'm playing through the game, I'll update the mod.
Installation
Install with MEM. As with all texture mods, install after ALOT. I highly recommend using ME3Tweaks Mod Manager, as this program includes easy access to MEM and other modding tools, in addition to foolproof mod installation.
Uninstallation
There is an alternate file in the downloads section that includes the vanilla files, in case you realize that you love the lens flares. Just install with MEM, and voila, the game is full of flare again.
A simple quality-of-life mod that removes most of the big camera lens flares from the game while keeping the subtle ones that mimic the human eye. Ideal for players who find the default lens flares distracting or unrealistic. Lightweight and easy to install.
