Changes the difficulty check on Tali's recruitment mission to allow for the Geth Pulse Rifle to be acquired on Casual, Normal, and Veteran. ME2's higher difficulties require a ton of time and after the first few times it becomes annoying to play on those difficulties if playing casually.
