Sawa-Sensei in a Towel

Description

Replaces Sawa-Sensei's outfit with a towel.  Supports custom recoloring! (see below).

Backstory:

Sawa-sensei has a little-known habit: she buys far too many video games, then plays them entirely in English to sharpen her language skills. Unfortunately, an insatiable appetite for new releases combined with ever-rising game prices has begun to put a serious dent in her budget.

Looking for a way to fund her hobby, Sawa discovers a Japanese reality show whose title roughly translates to “Tour of the Towels.” Contestants compete to see how long they can go about their normal lives—at work, at home, and everywhere in between—wearing nothing but a towel.

Against all odds, Sawa is accepted. The show’s producers even manage to persuade the school director—very grudgingly—to let her participate while teaching, with the production crew supposedly filming her progress (off-camera in the game).

Sawa-sensei has now made it all the way to the finals.

Will she win the prize… or will fate intervene first?

Edit (unzipped folder)/chara/dds_hires/00/c_aw_sawa_towel_rd.dds with paint.net, GIMP, or other paint program that supports .dds files - You can just select the paint can and your desired color and paint the entire (very small) texture your desired color.

Copy that updated file (with over-write) to  (unzipped folder)/chara/dds_hires/01/ c_aw_sawa_towel_rd.dds

Install with Shin Ryu Mod Manager and point to your modified zip file.

Issues & Limitations

- Prerendered cut scenes are not affected

- She has a slight neck seam visible in some cut scenes

- The towel might clip (I saw this in the gym scene right after she yells at Yagami for fighting and storms into the room) - I tried to correct this but could not.
