Incap Firing Speed Fix V3

It's pretty hard to fire a gun when you're laying on the floor bleeding to death and getting kicked by zombies. To simulate this real world phenomenon, Valve added a mechanic to L4D2 that slows down your firing speed while you're laying on the floor bleeding to death and getting kicked by zombies. This mechanic is controlled by a CVar. The key word in that sentence is "a", because there's only one. This is a problem, because there's more than one weapon that can be fired while you're incapped. The vanilla game has 2 (technically 3), and some mods give you access to even more. Yet because of this CVar, all of them are forced to fire at the exact same speed, regardless of what their usual firing speed is. I attempted to fix this problem with an earlier mod. It worked, but I got asked to make a better version. So I said I would... and then spent 8 months doing other, more interesting things. This morning I ended up making a better version accidentally whilst trying to make a different mod, so here it is. What does this mod actually do? Every time you fire a weapon while incapped, the script checks what the firing speed of that weapon SHOULD be, and then changes the CVar to match. Rather than the CVar staying the same for all weapons, it will be automatically adjusted to suit whatever you're currently using. There's a few ways in which this new version of the mod is better than the original: - It now has separate firing speeds for the single pistol and dual pistols - It works with every gun, in case you're using other mods that let you use primaries while incapped - You can customise the firing speed of every gun with the EMS file "IFF\config.txt"
