KCDTweak's - Royal Edition

Hello everyone,

after the success of my old mod i decided to completely reinvent it and make it more user friendly. THIS is the result!

Let's be honest, nobody likes it to update all there mods after the game gets patched! And that's where this little tool comes in.

It extracts the most up to date xml-files from your game installation and applies the tweaks you want without the need of downloading a new version of the mod! .... sort of.

If you come from Version 4, the following tweaks are already familiar to you:

- disabling left/right AimSpread

- make arrows faster

- make arrows stronger

- setting carry capacity to 500

- 10x Armor durability

- 10x Weapon durability

- 5x gathering radius

- more responsive lock on in combat

- making Pebbles the best Horse in the game

- more frequently random events

- show reticle while aiming with a bow

- Merchants now have 5k groschen

- save anytime

- adjust the sharpening radius to make it easier

- get dirty slower

- food spoils 3x slower

- half stamina cost

- double stamina regen

- faster Bow draw speed

- CryEngine optimization

in Version 5 you get all that and more.

Installation and how it works!

#1: Download the KCDTweak's file. Obviously!

#2: Save KCDTweak's in a new/empty folder. This is because it will create new files and folders that are needed to work in the same place it is based.

#3: Start KCDTweaks.exe - A short setup process will start in which you specify the Games location as well as 7zip's.

#4: Make all the tweaks you want.

#5: Hit the "Apply XML values"-Button, this is necessary to collect all data for the mod to work.

#6: Hit the "Activate Mod"-Button. From this on your tweaks are active in game.

#7: Hit "Start Game"  and enjoy Kingdom Come Deliverance the way you always wanted!

ModMerger feature:

KCDTweak's 6 and up features a ModMerger that you can use to check compatibilitys with other mods.

Just import the Mod you want to check and if it is compatible activate it like every other tweak.

Update from KCDTweak's 4 or earlier.

Because this is a complete rewrite of the old mod, they are not compatible! You have to delete the old one!!

Game-Patches:

In case Kingdom Come: Deliverance gets patched. Just start KCDTweak's and hit "Reset". All old files will be replaced with the new ones from the game installation and you can apply your Tweaks again.

Due to its nature, this mod is not compatible to any mod who is modifying the same files:

rpg_param.xml

shop_type2item.xml

random_event.xml

MM_IngameMenu.xml

MM_SaveGame.xml

Those mods however might be added in the future if you hit me up ;-)

Also please note, that if you install a mod from someone else via the ModMerger, further files could be used that aren't listed here.

Due to copyright i can no longer provide you with an compressor mechanism, so you NEED 7zip. Sadly there is no way around!
