📋 About This Mod
So, what did I do?
Well first, a shoutout to Seigncor whose post on Richer Fences gave me a baseline for HOW to convert old format mods into PTF.
I used WinMerge to visualize what exactly was different between the two mods; Hankyspanky69boi used different clothing_ids in places and had more clothing_preset prefers_hood_on set to True, while Ctobias used clothing2_ids to define both up and down states where Hankyspanky69boi left (some of) them empty to force them to always be up even over top of helmets.
If there is any hood you WANT to force into the Always UP scheme even over-top of helmets (and risk clipping issues) you'd just open the armor__hoodsup.xml, cut out the clothing2_id and leave clothing2_id=""
The main page description of ALL Hoods Up (With Correct Meshes) gives some extra detail on these steps so refer to that if the above explanation isn't enough.
So ya, once I had merged the two mods' changes together I then used WinMerge to compare the new files to their un-modded original versions and removed all the lines which had not been changed and repacked the results according to Seigncor's instructions and this is the result. (Go give them all a Kudos btw)

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community approval with 394 endorsements and over 28k downloads.
- Combines the best of two mods, giving you more hood options without conflicts.
- Author provides clear customization steps for forcing hoods up over helmets.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in January 2023 — may not be compatible with the latest game patches.
- Requires manual XML editing if you want to tweak hood behavior, which isn't for everyone.
- Screenshots are lacking, so you're flying blind on how it looks in-game.
For Kingdom Come: Deliverance players who want more variety in hood and scarf appearances, especially those who like the dynamic up/down states. Also for modders who want a solid base to customize hood behavior. Skip if you're on the latest game version and worried about compatibility.
