Vividus LUT - Vivid Lighting LUT

Brighter, clearer, more vivid with no performance impact. Simply swaps the game's default LUT (color "look-up table") textures with an edited version. 3 versions available with varying levels of contrast ("Contrasty", "Flat", and "Washed"). Does not replace the game's "Dream" LUT (used in a specific game sequence).

These can be used standalone, but can also be used with LUT Switcher mod (made by myself and u/CyanideX). See it's mod page for details on how to use it. Each of the 3 files for this mod contain all 3 variants for LUT Switcher, so you will only need to download one if using with it (if you do install all 3, "Lut Switcher" will still only add each LUT to your list of available LUTs once).

Installation:

• []Extract to main KCD2 game install folder or install with Vortex. To uninstall manually, delete the "VividusLUT-VividLUT-XXX" folder from your folder.

    Fully compatible with all mods except other mods that replace the vanilla LUT ("LUT Switcher" can resolve that and allow you to swap them in-game if the other LUT mod is also compatible with it).

  • I personally recommend using the "Flat" or "Washed" variants of this mod alongside my Vividus Lux - Vivid Lighting Enhancements mod (hence the similar naming). However, using the "Contrasty" variant with it or other mods which increase the game's contrast may lead to massive over-darkening of the image.

    Note: These are not "custom" LUTs, they are just customized vanilla LUTs (edited the main "01" LUT, but replaced all except the "Dream" LUT).
