Better Ecosystem

As the name suggests, Better Ecosystem rebalanced dinosaurs to encourage better ecosystem gameplay:

• []Sauropods can now fight back are stronger and they are less likely to be taken down.

  []Hadrosaurids have 100% chance of having fit trait which gives them more stamina to escape hunts.

  []Predators need less food over time. They are happier on using feeders.

  []Predators are less likely to start hunt when they have enough food.

  []Increase amount of meat provided by carcuss so predators need less killings for food.

  []Nerf some small predators so they are doing less damage.

• Increase the number of predators needed to start a group hunt. So you won't see 2 small predators trying to take down a TRex.

  This MOD has changed many aspects on dinosaur balancing, please remove other dinosaur related MODs since it's unlikely they are being compatible. With the exception of Realistic Lifecycle, which has no conflict and I think works well with each other.

  Although not essential, for full experience it is strongly recommended to also get Realistic Lifecycle which solves some issues on breeding future generations. The screenshot shows the ecosystem gameplay after 1 hour of in-game time(less than half an hour in real world), and we already got 2nd generation of juveniles. There are some deaths by hunting but not nearly as excessive as in vanilla.

  How to Install

  Download and unzip under

  Jurassic World Evolution 3\Win64\ovldata

  This is a standalone MOD so game update should not break it.

  WARNING

  The mod has only been tested under sandbox.
