Remove the annoying "Terrain Too Steep" limitation on paths and structures. Useful to build your own rollercoaster.

This MOD removes the build limitation on steep terrain, so you may put paths/tracks/fences freely with no limitation.
Useful to build tour tracks, paths and fences at unusual places. However don't forget gravity still exists, Gyrostation works better on steeper terrain.

This is a standalone MOD so game update should not break it.
The mod has only been tested under sandbox.
