[DRL] Angel of Reincarnation v2 (AoRi)

I wanted this mod to work with both DRL and JHC, but due to technical difficulties it's DRL exclusive :( This mod adds a new angel challenge mode called Angel of Reincarnation. (or AoRi) In Angel of Reincarnation, every time you enter a regular floor, your inventory will be reset. Additionally, your health is reset to its maximum and any active powerups are abruptly ended. On special floors and boss floors (anomaly, babel, dis and hell fortress), you will keep your inventory/health/powerups from the previous floor like usual. This angel is meant to emulate the "pistol starts" play style from regular doom. Wherein, you use commands to start every map with the default pistol + 50 bullets, instead of keeping your gear from the previous map like normal. Only a pistol and 50 bullets in this game would be rather unplayable, so the player is also given some extra weapons/ammo/items as a mercy. The starting loadout becomes more generous as you progress through the game, and you still keep your exp/levels/traits. AoRi can be dual angeled with all the other vanilla angels, and some of them have different starting inventories from regular AoRi. There is a full list of starting inventories in the mod's patch notes. It's based on a proposed new challenge mode called "Angel of Spilling" for DRL v0. 11, and this mod is intended to be a testing grounds of sorts for the proposal.
