[DRL] Angel of Pestilence (AoPt)

Originally this mod worked with both DRL and JHC, but due to technical difficulties it's DRL exclusive now :( This mod adds a new angel challenge mode called Angel of pestilence. (or AoPt) In Angel of Pestilence, the player's health constantly drains. The health drain stops if the player's health reaches 1. Additionally, The health drain will not occur if the player is invulnerable. The speed of the health drain depends on the episode : once every 9 seconds for phobos, once every 6 seconds for deimos, once every 3 seconds for hell and beyond The effect is similar to the "toxic air" event that can randomly occur (and this angel stacks with it), although the event differs in that it stops draining at 25% health and it affects enemies. AoPt can be dual angeled with all the other vanilla angels, and there is also an Archangelic version, where the health drain is twice as fast. It's based on a proposed new challenge mode of the same name for DRL v0. 11, and this mod is intended to be a testing grounds of sorts for the proposal.
