[DRL] Angel of Destitution (AoDs)

I wanted this mod to work with both DRL and JHC, but due to technical difficulties it's DRL exclusive :( This mod adds a new angel challenge mode called Angel of Destitution. (or AoDs) In Angel of Destitution, all ammo pickups, including ammo boxes, only contain a third of the ammo that they usually do. Additionally, all melee weapons are disabled and brute does not grant any melee damage to your fists, since melee would undermine the ammo problems that this challenge is meant to induce. AoDs can be dual angeled with all the other vanilla angels, with the exception of angel of berserk, as it is incompatible gameplay wise. It's based on a proposed new challenge mode called "Angel of Drought" for DRL v0. 11, and this mod is intended to be a testing grounds of sorts for the proposal.
