LAS-99 Quasar Cannon Sound Overhaul

This is my first try at modding an non conventional firearm weapon. Had a lot of fun mixing sounds for this one.

Idea for this mod came after rewatching JJBA OVA and stands having very unique and powerful sounds. Figured it would fit well for quasar :D

Mod replaces every single shooting and related foley sound (charge up, cooldown, ready-to-fire notification etc.)

Using sounds of Finnish Metro and jubilee, microwave, Formula F1 V10 and various turbine engines (helicopters, Abrams tank engine) and  "ZA WARUDO!" bass earrape (very subtle).

I've added small beeps to the baseline 15s cooldown SFX at fixed intervals: 10s, 12s, and 14s from the start. These inform the player of remaining cooldown time and makes it easier to prep the next shot in heat of mayhem.

Biome temperatures change the cooldown time by +- 2,5 seconds. Use the beeps to your advantage

(Cold) 12,5s cooldown, only 2 beeps +0,5s

(Hot) 17,5s cooldown, all 3 beeps +3. 5s
