R-36 Eruptor sound overhaul

This mod uses the extracted HDR sfx but I've modified them a lot, mainly with sound volume of echoes so it might not sound exactly like in MW19.

Might make a mod later where sounds resemble HDR as much as possible. Atm only bolt handling sounds are somewhat recognizable.

4th mod in the sound overhaul series chronologically.

- Str8 up repatching the OG mod gave lackluster results (reduced overall sound quality and mixing thx to july update where every ingame sound was changed slightly)

- Completely remade the mod from scratch with new workflow and standards in mind so it will sound completely different from the OG version (new showcase video)

- Wont tear your ears open anymore (hopefully)
