Sound overhaul for AR-23 Liberator family of rifles

Regular Liberator, Lib. Penetration & Lib. Concussion all share same sounds with each other. Choosing one variant will make all 3 have same sounds!

Some of the sounds are shared with SEAF Liberators too. Hence they're now included. Now making city firefights along homies in blue audibly more intense :)

Includes 5 variants for the Liberator trio and 3 for the Carbine.

Liberator trio (all sounds extracted from MW19, heavily edited and reverbified) <-- these variants will affect SEAF troops gunfire SFX:

- SA80 (BF6 Wartape V. A. L + HEAT (1995) inspired)

Liberator Carbine (again, all sfx from MW19):

v3 Everything (November 18)

- Finally updated to work in game version 4. 1. 1 (Into the Unjust)

- All variants now combined into one download with selectable options

- SEAF troops Liberator rifles now included as new addition

- Bonus variant inspired by BF6 BETA Wartape V. A. L and HEAT (1995) shootout scenes. BF6 left a lasting impression audiowise so it had to be made :)

- General volume tweakings

- Reverb profile adjusted/ remade for SEAF units on all versions, making city skirmishes alongside them more intense.

- FYI inconsistent reverbs still happen - I just can't get rid of them. If some of you use my MG206/ Strata Machine Guns SFX Overhaul, you'll occasionally hear MG206s reverb mixed in with a slight chance. Shouldn't be too annoying that one tho.

- Still slightly bugged in shot reverbs and reloading sfx, but AH has managed to fix some things major sounds issues. Slowly but steadily.
