Practical loadout pack

After having made a few mods that stray quite far from the default Half Sword experience, I realised that I hadn't ever compiled a pack of practical loadouts for regular gameplay, so here it is!

This loadout pack is very simple, there is six fully-customised weapons in three different armour categories (for a total of 18 unique loadouts), allowing for a broad range of gameplay styles across various tiers of armour. The loadouts are broken into folders based on their armour rating, tier 3,6 and 8, this will simplify the appearance of this pack in the OVRDTH Selector. Some weapons have unique customisation between armour tiers, so be sure to check out the media tab to see all variations.

The weapons included in this pack are:

1. Arming sword + buckler

A simple arming sword paired with a buckler. This weapon has unique variants across different armour tiers.

2. Billhook

A multi-function polearm that excels in pulling cuts and quick thrusts. This weapon stays consistent across armour tiers.

3. Longsword

A basic two-handed longsword. This weapon has unique variants across different armour tiers.

A heavy-duty polearm that combines a spear and a warhammer. This weapon stays consistent across armour tiers.

5. Lucerne (reversed)

A copy of the lucerne polearm, but this variant is reversed, so you can strike with the beak instead of the hammer.

6. Henry's Longsword

An alternative longsword option, this particular sword is based on the sword Henry hunts for in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. This weapon is a good balance of all the variants of the regular longsword, and stays consistent between armour tiers.

7. Reversed warhammer

This warhammer appears only on the highest armour teir as a backup weapon for every loadout, featuring a rotated head so you can strike with the beak, similar to the reversed lucerne.

Installation instructions

1. Install OVRDTH selector (https://www.nexusmods.com/halfsword/mods/11)

2. Navigate to C:\Users\\Documents\OVRDTH'S SELECTION\pooled_saves

3. Extract the contents of the downloaded Zip file from this page

That's it, you should now see a folder called "PRACTICAL LOADOUT PACK" when you open the OVRDTH selector, click on it to reveal the subfolders for each tier.
