Kept you waiting, huh?

Started the new version in October of 2025, took me a few months (and a few hundred hours) but we are finally here, Solitude 3 is out and I poured everything I have into it. As with previous versions, built from scratch, represents  my vision of  a perhaps slightly more realistic, but still highly stylized Liberty City.

The aim was to complement the gameplay and the themes of the game but still change it enough to feel new and refreshing. This mod should offer a visual style for the game that is unique.

• []Full FusionFix 5.x support, including volumetric fog and console gamma.[/]

  []Paid a great deal of attention to the transitions and uniformity of weather presets, to make sure everything fits together as perfectly as possible.[/]

  []All weathers should feel adequately distinct from one another.[/]

  []I really wanted everything to "just work" so players feel fully immersed without noticing weird artifacts or bugs while playing.[/]

  []It was very important to me that this mod feels good during gameplay and instead of being the focus (or an eyesore), it blends in.[/]

Installation -  Read the included Installation.txt for more info

• []Install Fusionfix [/]

  []Put the contents of Solitude 3.rar into your main GTA IV folder (ex. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\)[/]

  []Overwrite the files when prompted[/]

  [] Open GTAIV\plugins\GTAIV. EFLC. FusionFix.ini[/]

  []Make changes to these lines so they look like this and save the .ini file:

              SunShaftsDensity = 0. 9

  SunShaftsDecay = 0. 86 [/]

  []Check ingame settings.  Graphical/display settings for an optimal experience  of  Solitude are marked.[/]
