Hello, this upscales and retextures every clothing of niko making it 4k quality
Niko's Clothing Upscale and RetextureFirst of all-I am new to texture making and i am constantly learning
Expect texture glitches please report them to me under the "bug" section if you see any.
I will be working on this almost everyday V 0. 99 is mainly bug and texture fix as i have seen some myself.
Please dont hate on me, the glitches i've seen so far aren't that bad atleast not very noticeable.
If any good retexturer wants to help me feel free to dm.
WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
-Upscales the clothing of Niko.
-Retextures some clothing to make them look much better.
-Upscales Facial and Hair textures of Niko, aswell as hands.
-Upscales masks, gloves, visible armor, bags, etc
This is the first phase of this "mod" the first thing to do is fixing the bugs tommorow.

Put the files to : GTAIV/PC/MODELS/CDIMAGES/PLAYERPED. RPF
