NEW VERSION V0. 08 LIBERTY IV REDUX PACK HAS BEEN RELEASED

Liberty IV REDUX Pack is a curated and fully configured collection of community-made mods designed to modernize and enhance Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition.

All credit belongs to the respective creators of each included mod.

My role was to assemble, configure and optimize these mods so they work together seamlessly as one stable, unified experience.

The goal of this pack is to preserve the original atmosphere of Liberty City while improving the game across all major areas: graphics, audio, UI, vehicles, stability and overall immersion.

What This Pack Does?

1. Modern Fixes & Stability Enhancements

The package includes FusionFix, which fixes long-standing issues in the PC version of GTA IV.

These components improve lighting, shadows, reflections, field of view, memory management and add a lot of new game settings. Also overall compatibility with the latest version of Steam (1. 2. 0. 59).

The package includes a STARTING GAME txt file with recommended game settings.

2. Visual Improvements

The game receives a major visual upgrade while staying faithful to the original style.

Included enhancements feature:

•        Improved autumn vegetation

•        Modern street lighting and distant lights

•        New blood textures

•        Sharper environment and decoration textures

•        Reworked fire effects

•        Colored weapon icons

•        Colored wanted stars

•        Colored radio icons

•        Reworked radar, health bar, and armor bar

•        Colored notification symbols

•        New loading screens

•        GTA V-style colored map integrated into the user interface

•        added First-person view

These changes make Liberty City look cleaner, sharper and more atmospheric.

3. Audio Overhaul

The entire soundscape has been refreshed using community-made sound mods:

•        Completely reworked weapon sounds

•        Improved turbo and exhaust effects for vehicles

•        Improved siren and emergency vehicle sounds

•        Fixed looping and volume issues

•        Reworked helicopter sounds

•        Reworked rain sounds

•        Reworked storm and thunder sounds

The city feels more alive and dynamic without losing its gritty tone.

4. Vehicles & Traffic Expansion

The pack integrates over 200 add-on vehicles into traffic, all configured to work with FusionFix and Liberty’s Legacy Trainer.

Additionally, the Higher Resolution Vehicle Pack improves many vanilla vehicles with better textures and a new license plate system.

5. UI Enhancements

The user interface has been modernized with:

•        Color Map and Radar

•        Updated Icons and Symbols

•        Improved Police Visibility on Radar

•        New Radar Circle

•        Redesigned Health and Armor Indicators

•        Redesigned Overall Navigation and Mission Colors

Everything is cleaner, easier to read, and more colorful

6. Trainers Included

The pack includes two community trainers

•       Simple Native Trainer

•       Liberty’s Legacy Trainer
