IV True Enhanced Visual 3.0

What this mod do ?

refreshed gta IV color into more balance color looks between shadow and lights placement

comes into two preset :

1. only base change color

2. plus FX improved

TLAD can use true enhanced

for TBoGT need to use true enhanced TBoGT for balance color visual

Install Guide

1. Install Reshade, click next, Choose where your GTAIV is installed

2. Click next, choose Vulkan

3. Click browse and choose preset .ini file published in here (let it finish) then click finish

4. Paste DXVK GPLAsync files

5.  Install FusionFix

6.  Install DayL's Timecycle mod

7. Install VolumetricLights mod

8. Open in-game settings, to change into vulkan api ( if reshade not appear)

9. In-game Turn off all display effects (Motion Blur, Bloom, Depth of Field, Screen Filter)

10.  Set Brightness, Contrast, Saturation into half slider input

11. Change distant light to project2Dfx and set tree into PC+ for higher quality

1. Click home key to open Reshade menu

2. Click Performance Mode to avoid changes accidentally

3. Head to settings and rebind Reshade default toggle key to other key so not conflict with Rockstar home is best to do (Optional)

4. Then press the button you just rebind into, to close that reshade menu (example: rebind to Page Up then press it again

and rebind effects toggle key into Page down)

New 3. 0 version :

Created on Nvidia RTX (meant should optimize for most GPU)

Fully tested on Vulkan or DirectX 9

This mod has been renamed into True Enhanced upon 2026,

previously was GTA VI inspired named in 2024.
