What has been collected/done:
All Toxic Waste collected.
All Leonora Johnson Letter Scraps collected (You can do the mission after the 3rd mission in the game).
All Stunt Jumps.
All Base jumps.
All Helicopter Jumps.
All knife flights.
All Under the bridge.
All Submarine parts collected.
What is not completed:
I didn't complete the Peyotes because they're not necessary to 100% and the game may break if they're collected before being activated (Not completing all the characters in the director's mode.)
