Tutorial: Go to the Armwrestling blip at Vespucci Beach, walk near to a Weight Bench or Chin up bar press "B" to do Weight Bench or Chin Up. Press "H" while around the Gymnasium, you can select Free Weights, Muscle Flex, Sit ups, Yoga.
