Tutorial: Go to the Armwrestling blip at Vespucci Beach, walk near to a Weight Bench or Chin up bar press "B" to do Weight Bench or Chin Up. Press "H" while around the Gymnasium, you can select Free Weights, Muscle Flex, Sit ups, Yoga. List of keys: H/Vehicle lights - Bring up menu B/GTA Online Pointing - Do workout E/Context - Quit what you're doing 1/Select Weapon Unarmed - Do Free Weights 2/Select Weapon Melee - Do Muscle Flex 3/Select Weapon Shotgun - Do Push Ups 4/Select Weapon Heavy - Do Sit Ups 5/Select Weapon Special - Do Yoga 6/Select Weapon Pistol - Remove Torso 7/Select Weapon SMG - Wear Torso 9/Select Weapon Sniper - Exit Menu Requirements: - Latest ScriptHookV - Latest Community Script Hook V .NET - Visual C++ Redistributable Packages x64 2013 - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 Install : 1.
