วิธีติดตั้งม็อดภาษาไทย
จำเป็นต้องมีโปรแกรม OPENIV หาดูคลิปสอนการ วิธีติดตั้ง/ ดาวน์โหลด OPENIV ได้ในยูทูปครับ

1. เมื่อติดตั้งแล้ว เปิดโปรแกรม Openiv ขึ้นมา กดไปที่ Edit mode และกด Yes
2. กดที่เมนู Tools > ASI Manager และกด Install ทั้ง ASI Loader และ OpenIV. ASI ติ๊กเครื่องหมายถูกทั้งสองอัน (Show notification และ Allow edit mode only)
3. โหลดไฟล์ม็อดจากที่เพจสุดแรงม้าที่เดียวเท่านั้น เมื่อโหลดเสร็จแล้วให้ทำการแตกไฟล์ GTA V - Mod Thai Edition 2. 0 (OPENIV)
4. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกไฟล์ Grand Theft Auto V - Zudrangma 2. 0.oiv ที่อยู่ในโฟลเดอร์ม็อดเพื่อเริ่มติดตั้งม็อด
5. กดที่ Install แล้วเลือก "mods" folder เพื่อเป็นการติดตั้งภาษาไทยผ่านโฟลเดอร์ Mods ในตัวเกม (แนะนำวิธีนี้เท่านั้น)
6. กด Install อีกครั้ง หากสำเร็จจะขึ้นคำว่า Installation succeeded แล้วกด Close ปิดหน้าต่างออกไป
7. เข้าเล่นเกมได้ตามปกติ
วิธีการลบเฉพาะม็อดภาษาไทย : (เมื่อลงม็อดอื่นๆ เอาไว้หลายตัว )
1.เปิด OpenIV กดที่ Edit mode และกด Yes
2.เข้าไปที่โฟลเดอร์ mods
-ไปที่ update\update2.rpf\x64\data\lang ให้ลากไฟล์ american_rel.rpf จากโฟล์เดอร์ "ไฟล์เดิม" ของม็อดที่โหลดมาทับลงไป
-ไปที่ update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages ให้ลากไฟล์ scaleform_platform_pc.rpf จากโฟล์เดอร์ "ไฟล์เดิม" ของม็อดที่โหลดมาทับลงไป
