1. ติดตั้งโปรแกรม OpenIV เมื่อติดตั้งแล้วเปิดโปรแกรม Openiv ขึ้นมา กดไปที่ Edit mode และกด Yes
2. กดที่เมนู Tools > ASI Manager และกด Install ทั้ง ASI Loader และ OpenIV. ASI ติ๊กเครื่องหมายถูกทั้งสองอัน (Show notification และ Allow edit mode only)
3. โหลด Scripthook V เวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดตามลิงค์ด้านบน >> แตกไฟล์ >> นำทุกไฟล์ในโฟลเดอร์ BIN เข้าไปไว้ในโฟลเดอร์เกมที่ติดตั้งไว้
3. โหลดไฟล์ม็อดจากเพจสุดแรงม้า เมื่อโหลดเสร็จแล้วให้ทำการแตกไฟล์ GTA V - Mod Thai Zudrangma Edition 3. 0
4. ข้างในโฟลเดอร์ Grand Theft Auto V 3. 0 ให้นำโฟลเดอร์ mods เข้าไปวางในโฟลเดอร์เกม
5. เข้าเล่นเกมได้ตามปกติ
