✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Brings back a realistic injury reaction that was oddly removed from the final game.
- Works on all pedestrians, not just armed ones, so every shootout feels more dynamic.
- Lightweight script mod with over 100k downloads, so it's proven and stable.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires both Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook, so you need to set those up first.
- Last updated in 2015, so it might not work with the latest GTA V patches without updates.
- Only affects the crawling animation – no other injury behaviors or configurable options.
This is for GTA V players who want more immersive and realistic pedestrian reactions during combat. It's also for modders who appreciate restoring cut content from the game's beta. If you're tired of seeing NPCs just stand there after being shot, this is for you.
