What This Mod Does:

Errors in Holt's training plan has been identified and corrected. Newly liberated Outcast in certain situations had forgotten how to change the frequency on Sentinel radios to call for help. This deficiency has been addressed and corrected. In addition, Outcast now know how to utilize the SOS button, shortening the "calling" phase dramatically. Please give the freed Outcast a few moments to change over the frequency once liberated. Also, Outcasts have been instructed not to call for QRF until engaged by the enemy. If Nomad / themselves are not discovered by Sentinel, no call will be made.

US radios provided in the new CIA Black Fund budget do not have an SOS button, as such these calls will take the same time as regular reinforcement calls.

New Outcast QRF: Any Outcast detained in bases across Auroa or in the wild will grab a radio in addition to a weapon in the event of liberation. This will trigger a reinforcement call to nearby Outcast QRF to come and assist the situation. Due to limited manning, this is a 1 call reinforcement.

Outcast QRF Breakdown:

• []2x loaded vehicles with 4x outcast fighters per vehicle

  []1x Outcast Little Bird helicopter with pilot, co-pilot, 2 side gunners and rocket salvo pods.

Optional Extra File - "US Defense Budget"

Gives EVERY Outcast fighter a radio and the ability to call for more aid. This includes the outcast that spawn as part of the QRF. You will quickly overwhelm whatever Sentinel force is resisting you, even if you are running the Fear the Radio mod.

This is an add-on file, not standalone. Install the main files first, then these optional files
