Adds the Punisher's skull motif to the Safariland P1 Covert Carrier vest.

UPDATE/NOTE :

V2 : I finally managed to make the skull white.

V2. 1 : Add a bloody version.

V3 : Replaces the Safariland V1 Overt Carrier vest with the Safariland P1 Covert Carrier featuring the Bloody Punisher skull; you can now instantly switch from Bloody to Classic in-game.
