NEW DAWN - Realistic Ray Traced Visual Overhaul ReShade

Using this preset will naturally cause an FPS drop. Use at your own discretion.

This preset uses PAYWARE shaders which you can get on Patreon linked in the guide.

You can still use the preset without the RTGI, in my opinion it still looks good, and certainly better than vanilla.

INSTALLATION GUIDE:

1. Before installing this preset, you need to have RTGI shaders. You can get them here: PATREON PAYWARE SHADERS

2. Install ReShade: RESHADE

- Many players are unaware that the game usually launches in VULKAN, not DirectX. To solve this issue, go to the game files, delete GRB_vulkan.exe, make a

copy of GRB.exe and rename it to GRB_vulkan.exe. Now your game will always run with DirectX.

- Install ReShade (regular version, NOT the addon supported one), choose GRB_vulkan.exe and then DirectX 9,11,12 etc. Install the optional effects.

3. Download RTGI shaders from Patreon, and copy the Shaders, Textures, and LICENSE files/folders to reshade-shaders folder in your game directory.

4. In game settings, MAKE SURE to disable Temporal AA injection, otherwise depth buffer will not work correctly.

5. In ReShade menu, click on edit global preprocessor definitions and change RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_REVERSED to 1

4. Download my .ini preset file and put it in the game directory folder.

5. You're done! You can now simply select my preset from the ReShade menu in game. Enjoy!
