If the DoF effect is still there try disabling motion blur in the game's setting

Yes it also removes the 3rd person camera DoF blur
to turn off ADS blur simply disable Fog Background Blur in the Graphic settings
Motion blur workaround fix (if it's not broken just ignore this)
Go in-game and let your character spawn
Go to the game's menu turn motion blur back on
Quit the game & launch it again
If you're lucky the DoF is gone and the motion blur is working again
