Cigarette replacement for the Cigar mod

Main features
Replaces the cigar for a cigarette, by default its attached to the earpiece headset. I've included an optional file to hide the vanilla earpiece so it only shows the cigarette, this file also works for the cigar mod if you want the cigar with no earpiece.
Requirements
You must first install https://www.nexusmods.com/ghostreconbreakpoint/mods/1708. Once you have followed the install instructions and have the cigar working, Unpack and place my file inside DataPC_Resources_patch_01.forge, replace any prompted files and then repack DataPC_Resources_patch_01.forge.
