RSCN - ALD-31-1 Uroken Light Destroyer

Purely outfitted with Heavy strike weaponry, the Uroken Class stands in contrast to most ships in its weight class. With a heavy emphasis put on heavy weaponry rather than mission versatility and survivability. At a length of 96m, width of 25m and height if 16m the Uroken holds very similar dimensions to its Cruiser counterpart, the Dewalt Class. However where the Dewalt trades overall firepower for expensive defence and redundant sub systems the Uroken is a dedicated heavy gun platform; designed to bring a strong punch whilst sacrificing redundancy and defence giving it a greatly reduced production cost and time frame. The long range strike package on the Uroken is impressive for a ship of its size, brandishing the first dedicated Particle accelerator cannon to be used as a main armament. The Cophesh 31D FKC-mk3 Particle Accelerator Cannon was the largest PAC mounted on a ship at the time and can be configured to fire for destruction or for disablement with EMP shock particles. This system uses so much power that a full 3rd of the airframe is dedicated to providing and storing power for the Cannon. This is supplemented by 2 heavy Argon Kinetic Rockets and a 12 chamber Inabes Radar SAM system mounted to ships ventral side along with a dorsal and ventral SCARS CIWS system for use against counter battery fire or fast moving strike craft. For long range shore bombardment the ALD 31-1 mounts 4, GP-EX2 tracking mortars.
